I don't have a kitchen scale. where can I find conversion from weights to cup measures of flour, sugar and butter?

Hi there Kagiso,

1 gram = 1 millilitre

Thus, the weight in grams of the sugar, flour and butter should be the same number of millilitres. Thus, for example, 250 grams of sugar is equivalent to 1 cup of sugar.

Hope this helps!
