Hi Keshnee,

However you can substitute the eggs in most cake recipes with 1 tablespoon of ground chia seeds mixed with 3 tablespoons of water for every egg needed. Mix the chia and water and leave it for 5 minutes until it has formed a gel, then use it where the egg is required!
