Hi,

What are you making with the rough puff pastry?
Generally puff pastry does not get blind baked. It is possible to blind bake it if you're using it as a pie shell but this is not needed and might cause issues such as the puff pastry may puff up too much during blind baking.

Let us know how it goes.

Ok.. I did the rough puff pastry for the cinnamon rolls. I did not blind bake the puff pastry, instead put the filling, rolled it and then baked for about 20min. It came out good.
