There are two instruments in it's name, which is music to our ears. Yes, it's the Violino Gourmet Mandoline Slicer from Gefu.
The mandoline is a fantastic labour-saving device, especially when the blade is made from long lasting Japanese steel. Designed to save time and effort, three interchangeable blades create a variety of effects in cut vegetables.
The built-in V-slicer, and the adjustable thickness plate creates flat, equal slices of a variety of thicknesses. When used in conjunction with the thick or thin julienne blades, you can create long, thin strips of veggies or, when you turn the holder at right angles at every second stroke, small cubes. It's quick, easy, and even better, it's dishwasher safe.
