How do I buy on Yuppiechef?
- Browse our extensive range of products here.
- Select the colour/size and quantity and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button
- Once you have finalised your selection you can ‘View your Cart’ (top right)
- Make sure your order is 100% and the click 'Proceed to secure checkout'
- Dish the dirt on your personal contact and delivery details. You can also choose to have your order delivered directly to someone else, if you're a snazzy gift-giver.
- Select your payment option (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, eBucks or Discovery Miles)
- Click ‘Order & Pay” and follow the appropriate payment prompts.
- Your order will be hand delivered via our courier company to your door - View delivery information for delivery times. We deliver in South Africa for free! For very remote areas not serviced by our normal courier we will have to deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest accessible town to you.
Can I collect my order?
If you live in Cape Town and would like to collect your order, you are welcome to do so. Please include in under ‘Special Instructions’ on the checkout page that you would prefer to collect so that we don’t send it with our couriers. As soon as our team have packed your order we will send you an email to let you know that your order is ready for collection.
Can I buy from your physical stores?
We are an online store and do not have physical retail stores. Our offices are in Cape Town. This website is our store and we deliver for free throughout South Africa.
Do I need to Create an Account?
You can make a purchase without creating an account. Creating an account will allow faster checkout, the ability to store your delivery and billing details and enable you to track your orders, view your order history and write product reviews. Create an account here.
