The stylish design of this garlic crusher or garlic press makes this messy task much easier. By using downward pressure and a rocking motion it crushes garlic cloves quickly and efficiently, forcing the pieces up through the mesh of holes.
Once crushed, the garlic pieces are held in the shallow bowl, allowing them to be spooned or scraped easily into a pan. Additional cloves can also be crushed at this stage before emptying.
When finished, the unit can be rinsed under running water and used to gently rub the hands and fingers to reduce any garlic odour (stainless steel is thought to remove the strong odours left from handling garlic).
A great alternative to the standard garlic press.
Dishwasher safe.

Great item. Works easily like a dream. I rocked 15 bulbs to pulp in next to no time and .... It didn't break! (That's a first for me.) Looks good and it's easy to wash too. Love it - nearly as much as I love the service this company gives.

Garlic can be a sticky business, but with this product you'll have no problem chopping up those cloves in seconds, without bits of garlic ending up all over the place.

After trying numerous garlic presses this easily came out tops. Easy to clean and no moving parts so nothing can break (although I have heard stories about the plastic variations breaking). I have used it excessively for the past year and it still delivers on everything promised!
