For making perfectly shaped meat, fish and veggie burgers that keep their shape during cooking.

Simply pop a wax disc into the press, load with meat or veggie mixture, and press down the handle to produce a perfect thick round burger. The maker includes 100 wax discs for separating the burgers and helping to maintain their shape before cooking.

This brilliant burger maker comes in two sizes, standard hamburger and the bigger quarter pounder. Excellent.

"Best Hamburger Maker Ever!"

If you like to make home-made hamburgers then this is the machine for you! Simple and easy to use, and absolutely foolproof. You make a whole batch and stick em in the freezer. Thanks Yuppiechef, for your brilliant service and an excellent product.

"Niffty and clever little burger maker"

It is amazing how the simple things in life can surprise me and how they can make my life so much easier and this burger maker is definitely one of those items on my top 10 list of most useful kitchen tools.

Apart from making meat based burgers, I have a wonderful vegetarian burger recipe and even that mixture is perfectly formed and rounded by the Kitchen Craft burger maker. It is easy to clean and even children can use it, so making burgers will keep them busy for a while and teach them the importance of a good and nutritional burger above those fast food junk.

"Burger Patty maker"

This is a gorgeous gadget!

I had to make 80 burgers and this helped me to finish the task in no time.

It makes a perfect 250gm burger, even though it says it's a quarter pounder (+- 115gm) burger. My guest's loved it!

This is the recipe I used:
1 kg mince
2 cups of bread crumbs
4 teaspoons garlic powder
4 teaspoons coriander powder
2 teaspoons fine black pepper
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce

Mix together, chill for an hour or overnight so the flavours can develop. Freeze if you are not going to use it immediately.
