"Not sure if it works or not."
A good looking, well constructed thermometer but I cannot tell if it is working as the temperature shown is always lower then what is "safe", yet the food comes out cooked to perfection based on my normal cooking times.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

When putting it into the piece of meat ensure you don't put it next to the bone as the temperature will be skewed.
