The skillet-grill offers the combined advantages of a grill and a frying pan.
The ribbed base is ideal for grilling food with a minimum of fat whilst the high curved edges enable you to prepare delicious sauces.
All that you need for :
- Searing quickly, with a minimum of fat, small pieces of meat, poultry, fish for 2 to 3 people
- Grilling vegetables, small brochettes, fruits, toasts
- Finishing cooking thicker pieces of meat in the oven (chicken, duck)
- Roasting a piece of lamb or beef in the oven
- Deglazing caramelised residues of grilled meats with a glass of wine to make a delicious sauce
