The Buffet Casserole is extremely versatile. It goes from the oven to the table for serving beautifully, while the cast iron retains the heat and keeps the food warm throughout the meal.
The shallow, wide base of this two litre pot allows maximum contact between the food and the heat. A paella, couscous or simple seafood linguine cooked and served in the Buffet Casserole is a visual fest. It is also ideal for casseroles, risottos, pasta sauces, browning and baking.

Description
Perfect heat distribution: The base, side walls and lid are all of the same quality and thickness so there are no areas where heat can be lost rapidly. Heat is distributed evenly, preventing hot spots. The phenolic knob on the lid is heat resistant to 200°C.
Energy efficient: Once hot, you require only a low to medium heat setting to maintain a good cooking performance. Furthermore, the pan can be removed from the heat, leaving the food to cook in its own heat. It even keeps its warmth on the serving table.
Perfectly fitting lids ensure that heat, moisture and flavours are tightly sealed in.
It will never warp and therefore always maintain its shape and flat, steady base.
Suitable for all heat sources including ceramic, halogen or induction hobs, gas, electric, solid fuel or rayburn.
