The graduated levels of this unique steamer insert allow it to be used in all Le Creuset stainless steel saucepans and the 18cm and 20cm covered casseroles. The steamer sits securely over the saucepan or casserole and has a tempered glass lid, so that you can monitor the progress of your cooking without disturbing the steaming process or releasing nutrients.
