The Lékué Cooking Mesh is designed to allow you to boil or steam foods right inside the pod, allowing you to keep foods separate and lift straight out of the hot liquid to drain quickly and easily.
Blanching tomatoes? Simply pop them into the mesh, pull the draw string and immerse. When blanched, pull the mesh out of the water and dunk into an ice bath. Quick and easy. Seasoning soups? Pop the bouquet de garni ingredients into the mesh, draw tight, pop into the soup and remove when done. Want to add a touch of spice and flavour to a dish without setting yourself on fire? Put a chilli pepper in the mesh and immerse in food while cooking. Remove the mesh, chilli and all, and discard the pepper - you'll be left with beautifully flavoured food fit for a king.
The Silicone Cooking Mesh is strong, easy to clean, flexible and completely non-stick, making it perfect to revolutionise the way you cook.
To use, simply fill the pod, close with the draw string, and submerge. When food is cooked, remove from the pot and open by pulling on the insulated sides. To clean, wash with warm, soapy water or pop into the dishwasher. Voila!
