Roll out, cut, stamp, drape - and you're done. No more fussing with tints and colours, no more dyed hands, just easy ready-to-roll fondant icing.

So, you're in a rush, and you have a cake to decorate (always, right?). Fondant icing looks great, but can be such uphill to make, and if you have to tint it a specific colour, it can be downright difficult. Well, no more. Nicoletta come to the rescue with ready-to-roll tinted fondant, ready to use on cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Just roll out to desired thickness, cut, stamp or drape over the cake, and move along. It's quick, easy and ever so convenient. We like.

Product Specs

Shelf life: 1 year at ambient temperature (open and unopened)
Can be frozen (if opened, wrap tightly in clingfilm and freeze)
Bring to room temperature to work
If opened, wrap in clingfilm and store for further use
Products are not Kosher
Allergens: Soya. May contain traces of tree nuts

Product Care

The fondant size and packaging has been designed for 1 use to cover a 25cm round cake or 12 cupcakes, however, unused Nicoletta fondant can be resealed in cling-film and placed in an airtight container for later use.

"Convenient "

I bought this product because I find it difficult to colour white fondant red. The Nicoletta fondant was very convenient, but was not quite as red as I had hoped. It further does not come in a resealable package.

"Easy"

It is great that you can now buy coloured fondant instead of coping with the mess of colouring white fondant. I bought a few colours and they were great and easy to use, however the fondant does not come in a resealable packet and the original plastic wrapping is quite thin so it tears when you open it.

What a pleasure this product is, and in perfect time for Christmas and covering Christmas cakes - not to mention the many other applications! This is by far the best fondant I have worked with - and I have tried a lot over the years. It's available in great colours (that can be easily mixed to create other colours). It's easy to roll, a perfect consistency and tastes great too! Well done!

"Easy way to spruce up cakes"

I tried the white and red Nicolette Ready-to-Roll Fondant Icing. It is simple to use and a fun, creative way to spruce up cakes. I used them for some cupcakes.

"Fondant fondant....awesome fondant"

I love this fondant... it is much better than the ready to roll in stores.
It is easier to use and mould... also love the idea of pre-colour!

"Fondant Fun"

This fondant is really easy to use, no mess no fuss, no extra 'hardners' required. The lovely thing about it too is that if you have to wet the icing shapes to stick onto a cupcake, the colour doesn't run at all into the icing of the cupcake!!! Provides a rich, saturated vibrant cheeky red colour and was perfect for my Valentine's Day cupcakes
