Greetings, Graef

The world over and back, Graef is synonymous with minimalist design, excellent functionality and precision so we’re proud to welcome Graef to our little corner of the internet. Greetings, German friend.
Graef started out with industrial slicers (you know, those huge machines they use to slice cold meat in the supermarket), and have expanded into home appliances. Taking what they know of industrial design, they’ve created a range of beautiful and durable kitchen appliances that do far more than the average.
The Cordless Electric Milk Frother froths milk but doesn’t leave it at that  – it can froth cold milk for a milkshake, or heat up and froth milk for cappuccino. Clever. This slick Kettle has a variable temperature gauge, so you can stop the kettle at 70°C, 80°C, or 90°C, or let it boil. Fancy, hey? Double-walled, all Graef kettles are insulated to save power, so the stainless steel interior heats quickly and stays warm. Even the toasters have individual heating elements for each piece of bread, so there are no cold spots left, just crispy, wonderful toast.

With all this industrial design savvy, it makes sense, then, that they turned their hand to coffee bean grinders. The Graef Burr Grinder has a conical grinder (with less friction, fewer of the bitter oils are released), and a grind-on-demand function. A three-step switch (off-on-standby) means the grinder can grind a whole bag at once, or on standby you can use the  switch below the rubber spout, which you push to grind beans directly into the espresso basket. Quick and simple (and delicious).Stylish, minimalist design, and innovative forward-thinking features make Graef a real winner. German precision, materials and technology where you need it – right in your home.

Graef, we’re pleased to see you.
