We were delighted to learn that we’ve been awarded first place for Best eCommerce Store and Best Shopping Process and we’re also first runner-up for Best Design, Standards & Ease of Use. Exciting, hey?
The 20 short-listed eCommerce sites undergo a thorough assessment to gauge excellence levels in customer care, ordering process, product range, payment methods, design, marketing and more and people place orders using pseudonyms to test the shopping experience. Here’s how we fared.
Out came the champagne, on went our mirror ball and the Yuppiechef team gathered in the test kitchen to celebrate the win. While we are not particularly driven by awards, it is special to have been awarded best eCommerce store in the country for three consecutive years.
