Veggie Booster Juice

Eating five fruit and veggies a day is a good thing, and sometimes the easiest thing to do is drink them. With the help of a juicer, you can have fresh pressed liquid health in moments. This recipe is for a veggie boosting beverage, and serves 2.

Ingredients
2 carrots, washed
2 beetroot, washed and quartered
2 apples, washed and quartered
1 celery stick, washed
1 handful alfafa sprouts

You’ll need
A juicer
A chopping board
A knife

Method:
Place all ingredients into a juicer and juice.
Pour into 2 glasses, top with ice and serve immediately.
